This position operates on a commissioned basis within a direct sales framework. Therefore, flexibility in working hours is essential, as some evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts will be required. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you will work closely with both colleagues and prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational abilities and be adept at maintaining detailed and accurate records.

A background in direct sales is crucial, complemented by any formal sales training you may possess. Exceptional customer service skills will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
