Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and analytical Advertising Analyst/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing advertising performance data, developing actionable insights, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. In addition, you will provide administrative support to senior management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales support, and marketing, to ensure that our clients' advertising strategies align with their business objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong background in data analysis, executive administration and a passion for delivering excellence in service.


  1. Analyze advertising revenue trends and opportunities for optimization through in-depth data analysis.
  2. Assist with determining appropriate sales goals and maintain reporting dashboards to provide regular updates on revenue performance.
  3. Handle various tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization.
  4. Utilize data visualization tools to create visually compelling presentations and reports for meetings.
  5. Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to grow revenue and profits.


  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in advertising analysis and administration, preferably within a media agency or digital advertising environment. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to internal teams and clients. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  4. Understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, COS, etc.
  5. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with statistical software.
