Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. As a Concierge Physician at Three Rivers Concierge Medicine, you will have the opportunity to practice medicine in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized medical care, fostering trusting relationships with patients, and promoting wellness and preventive care.

As the principal physician of this concierge practice be guaranteed a starting salary of $225,000 and own a portion of the business. This position is for the Lead Physician with oversight responsibilities for what is intended to eventually encompass eight total concierge physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a concierge medicine model.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address each patient's health needs and goals.

• Offer preventive care, including routine screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and obesity.

• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed along with your staff.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure timely follow-up care for patients.

• Foster open communication channels with patients, providing accessibility and responsiveness to their healthcare needs.

• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient practice operations and exceptional patient experiences.

• Shared after hours calls.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Family Medicine.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.

• Active licensure in Missouri.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Interest in practicing in a concierge medicine setting and building long-term patient relationships.
