Registered Nurse (RN) and must advance on UKHC Nursing Professional Advancement ( NPA) within 6 months of hire and annual resubmission required throughout employment in this job title.
Physical Requirements
The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 pounds on a daily basis; as well as stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The conditions of work may involve exposure to communicable diseases and injury from intractable patients or sharp instruments.

Job Summary
This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY at UKHC Turfland Family & Community Medicine Clinic.
This position will manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, as well as day-to-day oversight of nursing and clinical staff.
This position will work closely with the division chief and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. The Nurse Clinical Manager works closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Clinical Manager Senior to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directions, scheduling templates, protocols, and staffing models.

Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, clinical applications. Supervisory experience, detail oriented.
