Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant

As one of Sioux City’s premier employers for over 125 years, Younglove Construction, LLC places great value on their employees and maintaining a great culture.  We are seeking a full-time Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant for the Sioux City office.  This candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, high moral character, display impeccable attention to detail and can meet tight deadlines in a multi-faceted role.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Provide direct administrative support to project management and executive staff including the generation and distribution of memos, letters, and other written documents
  • Administrative writing skills used to develop professional and technical proposal documents, presentation materials and company newsletters
  • Supports companies’ construction jobsite leadership staff
  • Manages/maintains companies’ electronic file management systems
  • Manages/procures all items for companies’ safety incentive programs; field clothing benefit; annual service awards
  • Manages/organizes all efforts related to planning company’s trade shows, conventions, and meetings

This hourly position will be a 40+ hour per week job with primary hours Monday-Friday. We offer a very competitive compensation package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K with match, holiday and vacation, and bonus potential.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe) with the ability to learn and operate other applicable software
  • Excellent computer skills and prior secretarial / administrative experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail oriented, organized and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service are a must.
  • Any relevant experience with marketing would be highly preferred.
